We welcome the Autumn Harvest in this class with pumpkins and squash, and other root vegetables.

In this class, students will learn to make:

- Acorn (squash type subject to change) squash curry
- Risotto prepared in an electric pressure cooker
- Roasted butternut squash with organic carrots and red onion
- Dessert, chef's choice e.g. Apple Tart
