This class is protein packed with tofu & tempeh curries that are sure to be a crowd pleaser. 

The menu consists of (4) five delicious recipes: 

  • Alloo Tofu Mutter (potato, tofu and green pea curry)
  • Rajmah Tempeh (curried kidney beans and tempeh)
  • Scrambled Tofu (tofu scrambled with onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and spinach
  • Tempeh Mutter Keema (curried tempeh with onions, tomatoes, garlic, and green peas)

Dishes sampled with ready-made flat bread; Roti.
