In this class, Chef Teena will teach you how to make Paneer –  Indian farmers cheese, homemade from scratch. Then, students will experience hands-on training on learning to make three widely popular Paneer dishes that include:

  • Paneer Tikka Masala (cheese marinated with tandoori masala, yogurt and other spices)

  • Paneer Pakoras (cheese appetizers lightly spiced and batter-fried)

  • Mutter Paneer (cheese with green peas, onions, tomatoes, and garlic)

Note: Dishes will be sampled with Basmati rice.
