This class will focus on a few of Chef Teena’s most popular relishes in Indian cuisine which include: 

  • Coconut Chutney
  • Mint/Cilantro Chutney
  • Apple or Mango Chutney
  • Tomato Garlic Chutney

Students will also learn to make two varieties of Papads/Papadams; crisp lentil wafers/chips.

Note: Relishes will be sampled with ready-made naan bread.
