In this class, students will be exposed to exotic vegetables that do not fit the bill of the common curry wheelhouse. The health benefits of these vegetables is an added plus!
Come try your hand at a very unique menu that includes;
Ivy Gourd w/potatoes (tindora subzi)
Jackfruit w/sweet potatoes (katar aur alloo subzi)
Okra curry (bhindi masala) w/onions
Turnip and Spinach curry (shalgum palak (saag)
Bittermelon w/onions (karela masala)
Students will get to sample the curries with ready-made Naan bread.
Note: vegetable menu may be subject to change due to seasonal bounty availability
