In this vegetarian Indian cooking class, Chef Teena will show you how to make a full menu of flavorful Indian dishes. 

She'll start by teaching you to make PAPADS, lentil wafers. As you knosh on these crisp savory bites, you will learn RAJMA MASALA, a kidney bean curry (chili) followed by ALLOO GOBHI, curried potatoes & cauliflower with a hint of healing spices; turmeric & cumin. Both dishes are vegetarian, gluten free, and completely satisfying! Chef Teena will also teach you how to make SHAHI PULLAO, a fragrant and confetti Basmati rice, in a pressure cooker. The rice is flavored with saffron-infused rose water and a beautiful blend of dried fruits & nuts, and can be ready in minutes!

Once you've created everything, Chef Teena will help you assemble a gorgeous plate with all the dishes you have prepared and some sliced ready-made NAAN bread. You will also learn to make a RAITA, a cooling vegetable & fresh herb yogurt condiment.
