A weeknight menu that is light but yet, robust in flavor!

Students will learn the make the following recipes:

  • Papads (crisp lentil wafers)

  • Alloo Phaliyan (curried potatoes and long green beans)

  • Bondh Gobhi (curried cabbage and green peas)

  • Shabnum Khumba (garbanzo bean curry with mushrooms)

  • Raita (yogurt condiment with cucumber, red onion, and fresh mint)

Note: Curries sampled with Naan bread.
