Students will learn the make the following recipes:
Papads (crisp lentil wafers)
Alloo Phaliyan (curried potatoes and long green beans)
Bondh Gobhi (curried cabbage and green peas)
Shabnum Khumba (garbanzo bean curry with mushrooms)
Raita (yogurt condiment with cucumber, red onion, and fresh mint)
Note: Curries sampled with Naan bread.
