This bootcamp class offers hands-on training on how to make homemade PANEER; Indian farmers cheese. We will also prepare a delectable entrée with our creation; the infamous Mutter Paneer, a delicious curry of peas and homemade cheese cubes (paneer).
Additional menu items in this boot camp class of favs, includes:
- Gobhi Mutter (curried cauliflower and green peas)
- Alloo Vindaloo (SPICY curried potatoes)
- Channa Saag (authentically spiced chickpeas/garbanzo beans in a spinach sauce)
- Mint/Cilantro Chutney
- Raita – yogurt condiment (cucumber and red onion)
- Jeera Chawal (Basmati rice flavored with cumin seeds)
Note: Dishes will be sampled with ready-made Naan bread.
