Lipsmacking & Crowd Pleasing Indian Curries & Condiment!

This bootcamp class offers hands-on training on how to make homemade PANEER; Indian farmers cheese. We will also prepare a delectable entrée with our creation; the infamous Mutter Paneer, a delicious curry of peas and homemade cheese cubes (paneer). 

Additional menu items in this boot camp class of favs, includes:

  • Gobhi Mutter (curried cauliflower and green peas) 
  • Alloo Vindaloo (SPICY curried potatoes) 
  • Channa Saag (authentically spiced chickpeas/garbanzo beans in a spinach sauce)  
  • Mint/Cilantro Chutney
  • Raita – yogurt condiment (cucumber and red onion)
  • Jeera Chawal (Basmati rice flavored with cumin seeds) 

Note: Dishes will be sampled with ready-made Naan bread.

Cost: $150 per person
