In this class, students will learn to make a SPICE RUB for our grilled VEGGIE KEBABS. Next up, an Israeli COUSCOUS with nuts & dried berries, followed by TZATZIKI (cucumber, yogurt, dill dip), and finished with BAPSOUSA aka Harissa (a semolina & yogurt based sweet cake)!
