The Mediterranean diet emphasizes eating primarily plant-based foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes & nuts. Replacing butter with healthy fats such as olive oil and using herbs & spices instead of salt to flavor foods.

This recipe ensemble does exactly that. It's a balanced meal plan esp. for those on a Mediterranean diet plan. 

Students will learn how to make the following recipes:

  • Vegetable kebabs 
  • Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
  • Tzatziki dip
  • Israeli Couscous with nuts & dried berries
  • Grilled peaches with honey & cream
