Tartine: A French open-faced sandwich, especially one with a rich or fancy spread. 
These quick & easy open face 'sandwich' recipes are fresh, light and satisfying! Not to mention, they're so pretty, their piled fillings on display, and they work well as lunch, dinner, and/or an appetizer.

Students will learn how to make the following 5 combinations: 

• Hummus and Olive
• Avocado Toast
• Roasted Tomato  
• Ricotta or Goat cheese, Fig or Peach, and Honey
• Radish, Boursin, and Chive
