In this class, students will learn to make the dough, filling, and the technique of the making the triangular cone shaped treats. We will pair these with a fresh and aromatic cilantro/mint chutney.

Then, we'll finish off with a warm cup of Masala chai tea prepared with the use of Chef Teena's gourmet handcrafted spice blend.
