The topic of this months Healthy Kid's club is to explore some delicious, easy to prepare, and healthy snacks.

Students will learn to make the following: (choose 3)

- hummus with crudites (jicama, carrots, and cucumber) & whole wheat pita chips
- hard boiled eggs crumbled on papads (lentil wafers) and garnished with chaat masala
- avocado toast with/without tomatoes
- baked sweet potato fries
- homemade granola with honey, oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit (pair with greek yogurt)
- Vietnamese spring rolls with a peanut butter based dipping sauce
- guacamole & lavash chips
- Persian cucumber boats with tzatziki (dip)
- little dippers (apple wedges dipped in a nut butter and rolled in crushed or sliced almonds, or your choice of nut)
- semi-homemade Strawberry Napoleans

Cost: $55 per person
