The menu includes CHANNA/CHOLEY MASALA (authentically spiced chickpeas/garbanzo beans in a gravy sauce), PURIS (deep-fried puffy balloon bread), and SOOJI KA HALWA (semolina flour dessert cooked in ghee and sugar).
