Samosas are the King of Indian appetizers! These savory pastries are filled with spiced potatoes and peas and paired with a cilantro/mint chutney and/or a sweet chutney like mango or apple.
Students will learn to make the dough, filling, and chutney of choice.
We'll finish off with a cup of Masala Chai tea made with Chef Teena's handcrafted spice blend.
Note: This class will sell out since it's typically only offered every 1-2 months. If you miss out, don't fret! Chef Teena is happy to offer this workshop another evening, or even during the day and/or on weekends by request.
