World Health Day (celebratory cooking class) - Dips & Crudités, Primavera!

Love dips and chips? Spreads and breads? Chutneys and crackers? Then, you won't want to miss this class!

Students will learn how to make 8 of the most common dips & spreads that include:

HUMMUS

GUACAMOLE

ARTICHOKE CREAM CHEESE

TZATZIKI

PESTO

CHUTNEY (CILANTRO/MINT)

CHUTNEY (MANGO)

OLIVE TAPENADE 

Dips and spreads will be sampled with pita bread, chips, papads, and/or crackers. Crudités include jicama, carrots, celery, cucumber, radish, and/or baby bell peppers. Note: veggies are subject to change based on seasonal availability.
