Guest Chef Bruno gets to show off his Ninja knife skills in this educational workshop as he teaches students how to handle knives and practice techniques and the art of cutting vegetables. He will guide you through a variety of different knife cuts (slice, dice, mince, suprême, chiffonade, and julienne).

We will even prepare a Ratatouille from the fruits of our labor and send some of the veggies home for you to prepare a Minestrone Soup so you can put them to good use!
