STUDENTS WILL LEARN TO MAKE THE DOSA with ready-made BATTER, STUFFING (MASALA ALLOO - CURRIED POTATOES), AND THE ACCOMPANIMENTS; SAMBAR (VEGETABLE LENTIL SPICY SOUP) AND COCONUT CHUTNEY (RELISH).

WE'LL FINISH OFF WITH A WARM AND INVITING CUP OF MASALA CHAI (SPICED TEA).
