Cold/ spring rolls - vegetable, tofu and shrimp spring rolls with a dipping sauce

Vegetable & Tofu fried rice (students will learn to make jasmine rice in the process)

Turon - fried plantain and sweet jackfruit egg roll, sampled with ready-made coconut ice cream!
