Jump aboard The Shinkansen Express with us for an evening of simple feel good Asian eats!

We'll start of with an appetizer recipe of your choice: Cream Cheese Wontons or Fresh Cold/Spring Rolls.  

Next up, students will learn to make a sweet and sour tofu, steamed jasmine rice infused with shredded coconut and coconut oil (without a rice cooker!), and sautéed broccoli with garlic, shallots sesame oil, and red chili pepper flakes.

We will finish our session with a Midori Coup, honey dew macerated in a musk melon liquor and served with vanilla ice cream.
