This class is certain to provide you with some fresh inspiration for your summer meals! 

Students will learn to make two pita pocket fillings:

an Indian inspired pocket w/curried chicken & grapes

a Greek inspired pocket w/cucumbers, onion, tomato & feta

And, an Indian inspired lentil soup with a tempering/garnish of onions, garlic and tomatoes

We'll finish off with a warm fruit (rhubarb and strawberry) crisp (subject to seasonal availability)
