Join us for Meatless Monday lunch of simple feel good Asian eats!

We'll start of with Fresh Cold/Spring Rolls.  

Next up, students will learn to make a sweet and sour tofu, steamed jasmine rice infused with shredded coconut and coconut oil (without a rice cooker!), and sautéed broccoli with garlic, shallots sesame oil, and red chili pepper flakes.

We will finish our session with Turon; a sweet & savory fried egg roll made of jackfruit & plantains.
