Pink Salt.
Himalayan salt is rock salt mined from the Punjab region of Pakistan. The salt, which often has a pinkish tint due to mineral impurities, is primarily used as a food additive to replace refined table salt, but is also used for cooking and food presentation, decorative lamps and spa treatments.

Chemically similar to table salt. It contains up to 98 percent sodium chloride. The rest of the salt consists of trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium. These give the salt its light pink tint.

Use as a finishing salt or add to water for a nutrients especially post workouts.
